Experience

Barreda has specialized in corporate and tax advice in the Venture Capital field in relation to technology companies, software developers, Fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, payment method companies, and more.

​

He has been an advisor to the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) and the CNP (National Productivity Commission) regarding the taxation applicable to different digital platforms that operate in Latam.

​

He has participated in different Venture Capital processes, advising different investment funds, both in Chile and abroad. Likewise, he has vast experience in corporate structuring abroad for VC investment rounds.

​

He was a Partner at the Guerrero & Cía. Law Firm (2014-2020) and Senior Attorney of the Tax and Legal department at Deloitte Chile (2011-2014).
